I'm very pleased with the performance of all the folks who helped me at Lowry and Associates after my car accident a year and a half ago.  From Attorney Beardsley who agreed to take my case when another firm I contacted had passed on it, to Annabelle, (a paralegal?) who called consistently every few weeks to keep me abreast on the details of what was happening with my case, and who was very patient and kind even when I expressed frustration when it seemed like nothing was happening. And finally l'm thankful  for Attorney Reilly, who worked the details of my case and who, when the time came to negotiate with the other party's insurance company, secured me a settlement way more than I had imagined I would receive. I came to this law firm in 2023 after a really bad motorcycle accident. I was afraid and nervous to even make the call but when I connected with Colin he wasted no time at all in getting me in for the in person visit. When my dad and I got to the office I was blown away by the hospitality I was given by Colin himself,  I was still on crushes and had all sorts of road rash and he did not do or ask anything about the case further until he knew I was comfortable enough. After three years of the back and forth between both the team and the insurance they made sure they got the most amount of money that they could and the foot work from anabelle is truly incredible. They were in touch every month by phone call (unless nothing happened during that month) and I truly believe there was no other team besides jay, Annabelle and attorney Colin that could have worked my case the way they did. Beyond impressed and I will most definitely be recommending anyone and everyone who asks me if I know a lawyer to Lowry associates. 10/10 thank you guys so so SO much for all of your hard work and support! I was involved in a head on car crash in the fall of 2023. Lowry and Associates were amazing from day 1. James Beardsley came out to my place of residence for our first meeting. He was pleasant and explained how the entire process worked. He assured me that I wouldn’t have to worry about anything, just healing. The office kept in contact with me every month and a half updating me on what was taking place. By then end I was working with Ashley who drove out to me so I could sign the finalized documents. In June of 2022, a pickup truck veered across the center line and hit us nearly head-on. The accident resulted in serious injuries, hospitalization, and months of recovery. We called the twos, Lowry & Associates. Atty. Beardsley came to our home to assist us in initiating a legal process. The loss of our vehicle and healthcare costs were covered, and damages were awarded.  Everyone at Lowry & Associates has been very professional and helpful throughout the process. Everyone at Lowry and Associates  was great to deal with.  I actually had the opportunity to meet with Jim Beardsley and Ashley Winslow. Very polite and respectful people . Ive had several phone calls with Kathy ( I called her "The Lowry Girl" on my phone index because I couldn't remember her name )!!! She was very nice and a seems to be as genuine as the others I've had the pleasure to talk with. I highly recommend Lowery and Associates. My case was considerably tricky with Soo many hurdles that were not "the norm." We had never filed a law suit before and knew nothing about what needed to be done. Attorney Beardsley and his team was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. You handled everything,  all we had to do was concentrate on him and his treatment.  You handled the paperwork on medical expenses that were overwhelming to say the least especially when we found out the woman had no insurance. i highly recommend Lowry and Associates to anyone in the terrible circumstance of needing to file a personal injury settlement! I have worked with the compassionate team twice now, and they have gotten me every penny I deserved. After a major motorcycle accident involving another driver making a left turn directly in front of me, Lowry and Associates got involved because I had hit a dead end and they worked on my case for a couple years. Finally they were able to settle my case and get compensation for me that allows me to move forward. You will not be disappointed! My wife was in a horrific car crash that was no fault of her own. Ashley, Kathy, and team were so empathetic, sympathetic, and caring that it made us feel as if we were family. We rec'd more than expected and in half the time expected. This was so appreciated as bills were mounting, but Ashley and Kathy were with us every step of the way to put our stress in check. Where they are was convenient to me. However, after my dealings with this firm, I will travel as far as necessary to go there should I ever need the services of a law firm again. They made it as easy as possible, even though this was the worst experience of our lives. We were emotionally distraught, but they were a HUGE part of the healing process. Our best interest was ALWAYS at the forefront with these wonderful people. As bad as the accident was, I couldn't imagine going though that without the compassion of Ashley and Kathy.
